RBC Admits €85m Covered Bonds to London Stock Exchange
Royal Bank of Canada has admitted €85 million worth of covered bonds to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market. The bonds have a coupon rate of 4.001% and mature on September 23, 2047.
The securities were issued under RBC's €75 billion Global Covered Bond Programme and are guaranteed by RBC Covered Bond Guarantor Limited Partnership.
These covered bonds have been identified with the ISIN code XS3509680164. According to the bank, final terms for the offering were published on September 21, 2026, while the base prospectus was dated July 9, 2026 and supplemented on August 28, 2026.
The bonds are not registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933 and can only be offered in offshore transactions to non-U.S. persons under Regulation S.
