Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) has successfully listed two covered bond tranches on the London Stock Exchange's main market, totaling €3 billion. The bonds were issued under RBC's €75 billion Global Covered Bond Programme and have maturities in 2031 and 2036.

The first tranche consists of €2.25 billion of 3.375% covered bonds maturing on September 15, 2031, with ISIN XS3506171837. The second tranche includes €750 million of 3.75% covered bonds maturing on the same date in 2036, with ISIN XS3506171910.

Both series are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by RBC Covered Bond Guarantor Limited Partnership, a structural feature that grants investors recourse to a dedicated collateral pool alongside the issuer's obligations. Investors should review the Final Terms and Prospectus for comprehensive programme details.
