RBC Notes Worth £475M Admitted to Trading on LSE Main Market

Royal Bank of Canada has announced that its £475 million floating rate senior notes due September 2027 are now trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market. The admission to trading was made through a press release statement.

The notes, identified as XS3515121302, were issued under the bank's $75 billion Euro Medium Term Note Programme. The final terms for the notes were published on September 21, 2026.

Investors should note that the notes have not been registered under the United States Securities Act of 1933 or U.S. state securities laws, and may not be offered, sold or delivered in the United States or to U.S. persons, subject to certain exceptions.
