In contrast, Wall Street Zen raised its rating on Sibanye Gold from 'buy' to 'strong-buy'.

The consensus among analysts is a mixed bag. Three investment analysts have rated the stock with a 'Buy' rating, two have given it a 'Hold' rating, and one has given it a 'Sell' rating.
