Rupee Bounces Back to 95.39 Against Dollar on RBI Intervention

The Indian rupee showed a slight improvement against the US dollar on Friday, settling at 95.39 after gaining 6 paise. This comes as a result of RBI intervention and a decrease in global crude oil prices.

However, despite these factors contributing to its rise, the rupee still faced pressure from a marginally stronger greenback and FII outflows.

The interbank foreign exchange showed that the rupee opened at 95.54 against the dollar and traded between 95.31-95.57 during the session. It eventually settled at 95.39, up 6 paise from its previous close.
