Silver Reclaims $65 as USD Pause Boosts Non-Yielding Assets
Silver prices have regained ground, reaching $65.00 during Friday's European trading session as a pause in the rally of US bond yields and the US Dollar.
The US Dollar Index (DXY) has corrected slightly, trading at 101.05, while 10-year US Treasury Yields have dropped from a 19-year high of 5.22% to near 5.15%
As interest-bearing assets experience a correction, the appeal of non-yielding assets such as Silver tends to increase.
