Sri Lanka's rupee has been trading at 335.95/336.05 to the US dollar in the spot market, a slight decline from its value on Tuesday. The currency was quoted at 336.10/20 to the US dollar on July 28.

Bond yields have remained steady, with no significant changes noted by dealers. A bond maturing on December 15, 2028, was quoted at 10.70/85 percent, while a bond maturing on September 15, 2029, was priced at 11.10/30 percent.

The Treasury's revenue from import duties and other levies has seen an increase due to the stabilization of foreign exchange reserves and a steady recovery in consumer demand.
