Swiss National Bank Cuts Stake in Vipshop Holdings Limited

The Swiss National Bank has reduced its stake in Vipshop Holdings Limited (VIPS) by selling 78,800 shares during the first quarter. The bank now owns 602,436 shares of the technology company's stock after the sale, which represents a 11.6% decrease from the previous quarter. This reduction is part of a larger trend, as other institutional investors have also adjusted their stakes in VIPS.

The Swiss National Bank owned approximately 0.13% of Vipshop worth $9,470,000 at the end of the most recent quarter. Several other institutional investors have also made changes to their holdings in VIPS during the fourth quarter. Packer & Co Ltd purchased a new position valued at about $27,406,000, while Vanguard Group Inc. increased its stake by 1.5% and now owns 10,148,017 shares of Vipshop's stock.
