Sygnum Brings Fidelity’s Tokenized US Dollar Solution to Singapore
Sygnum has introduced Fidelity International’s tokenized US dollar liquidity solution to accredited and institutional investors in Singapore. This marks the first tokenized liquidity offering from Fidelity International, issued on Sygnum’s Desygnate tokenization platform. The solution is managed by Fidelity International and operates on-chain, with its net asset value (NAV) also published on-chain. Initially launched in Zurich in May 2026, the offering has already attracted participation from asset managers, digital asset exchanges, stablecoin issuers, and decentralized finance protocols.
Emma Pecenicic, Head of Digital Assets Distribution at Fidelity International, emphasized the importance of tokenized liquidity in tokenized finance. She highlighted Fidelity’s combination of over 30 years of fixed income expertise with blockchain infrastructure to deliver institutional-grade US dollar liquidity on-chain. The collaboration with Sygnum aims to integrate liquidity with digital-native infrastructure.
Reto Marx, CEO of Sygnum Singapore, noted Singapore’s leadership in creating a regulated framework for tokenization. He stated that the availability of Fidelity’s tokenized liquidity through Sygnum’s Monetary Authority of Singapore-licensed entity provides a high-quality on-chain liquidity solution for Singaporean investors. The offering is specifically targeted at accredited and institutional investors, excluding retail investors.
