Takaichi Administration Targets Yen Confidence Amid Inflation Expectations
The Japanese yen has been lackluster in recent trading sessions, moving only around 0.3% over the last four days.
This neutral phase is partly driven by expectations surrounding Japan's preliminary inflation figures, released today.
Japan's FinMin Katayama emphasized that the Takaichi administration is committed to boosting the economy and competitiveness, as well as strengthening confidence in the yen.
