Ukraine Dollar Rate Hits Record 45 Hryvnias
The official exchange rate of the US dollar in Ukraine has hit a new record, surpassing 45 hryvnias for the first time. On October 6, the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) set the rate at UAH 45.0564 per dollar, marking a significant rise from previous years.
According to NBU data, the dollar continues to strengthen while the euro weakens. The euro is expected to lose another 5 kopecks on October 6, further highlighting the shift in currency dynamics.
Historically, the exchange rate on this date in 2024 and 2025 was UAH 41.2 per dollar, indicating a notable increase in the dollar's value against the hryvnia.
