The National Bank of Ukraine set the official hryvnia exchange rate for Wednesday, September 30. The US dollar rose by 5 kopecks to UAH 44.86, while the euro fell by 5 kopecks to UAH 50.92 compared with the previous banking day.

This development comes as the government's draft state budget for 2026 uses a benchmark exchange rate that sits above the latest official dollar rate of UAH 44.86. The projected average annual hryvnia-to-dollar exchange rate in the budget is set at UAH 45.6 per dollar.
