Ukraine's Dollar and Euro Exchange Rates Diverge on August 17

The Ukrainian hryvnia's exchange rates for the U.S. dollar and euro showed diverging trends on August 17, according to Мінфін, Крипто/Фінанси.

The dollar saw a slight decrease of 2 kopecks in buying prices but gained 1 kopeck when selling. In contrast, the euro experienced an increase of 9 kopecks for purchases and 11 kopecks for sales.

Cash exchange rates are crucial for individuals exchanging money or making international transactions. The hryvnia's value is currently at 44.47-44.98 UAH per dollar, while the euro stands at 51.42 UAH for purchases and 52.08 UAH for sales.

The interbank market also reflected these fluctuations, with the dollar trading between 44.78-44.89 UAH and the euro quoted at 51.77-51.95 UAH.
