US Dollar Slips Against Euro and Pound
The US dollar weakened in late trading on Monday, according to data from the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Summit.
The dollar index fell 0.28 percent to 99.428 at 15:00 (1900 GMT).
In late New York trading, the euro climbed to $1.1616 from $1.158 in the previous session, and the British pound advanced to $1.355 from $1.3531 in the previous session.
The US dollar was down against several major peers, including the Japanese yen, Swiss francs, Canadian dollars, Swedish kronor, and others.
