US Dollar Surges to New Heights in Iraq's Currency Market

The US dollar saw an increase in value on Monday's trading session in Iraq, maintaining its upward trend. In Baghdad, the exchange markets of Al-Kifah and Al-Harithiya reported a price of 156,750 dinars per 100 dollars.

This represents an increase from the morning's rate of 156,000 dinars per 100 dollars, according to a market survey conducted by Shafaq News. In Baghdad, exchange shops were selling the dollar at 157,250 dinars and buying it at 156,250 dinars.

In Erbil, the trading prices stood at 157,000 dinars for selling and 156,950 dinars for buying. These fluctuations in value are a regular occurrence in Iraq's currency market.
