US Financial Markets Prepare for Crucial Economic Updates
The US financial markets are bracing for crucial economic updates, led by the September employment report scheduled to be released on Friday.
The labor market indicators have been signaling stability, with payrolls increasing by 162,000 in August and a three-month average gain of 71,300. Forecasts predict an addition of approximately 100,000 jobs for September.
Fed Chair Kevin Warsh emphasized that the labor market remains 'structurally balanced' and 'basically running consistent with full employment.' He also stated, 'I don't believe that we need to do harm to the labor markets to achieve our [inflation] objective.'
