US Labor Market Shows No Signs of Slowing Down
The US labor market showed no signs of slowing down in September as employers continued to add new jobs at a healthy pace. Economists expect nonfarm payrolls to have increased by about 90,000, following a strong 150,000 gain in the previous month.
This would mark a second consecutive month of solid hiring, even with rising cost pressures weighing on the economy. The unemployment rate is forecast to remain steady at 4.1%, its lowest level in a year.
The Bureau of Labor Statistics will release the jobs report on Friday, providing valuable insights into the state of the labor market and the overall health of the US economy.
