The US stock market saw a cautious yet optimistic turn on Thursday as Wall Street rebounded from three consecutive days of declines. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose by 148.90 points or 0.28% to 53,492.30, while the Nasdaq Composite gained 97.81 points or 0.37% at 26,387.52.

The S&P 500 index also climbed 32.46 points or 0.42% to 7,724.22, with technology stocks regaining ground and the broader market showing signs of recovery.

Lower Treasury yields and a weaker US dollar contributed to the rally, as investors reassessed their views on the next move by the Federal Reserve.

The release of Fed minutes from the July meeting also provided some relief for investors, with policymakers revealing division among themselves regarding interest rates.
