USD/CHF Uptrend Faces Bearish Flag Test at 10-Day Highs
The USD/CHF currency pair has been experiencing an uptrend, reaching ten-day highs at 0.8138 on Wednesday.
This uptrend is characterized by successive higher highs and higher lows in the market structure.
However, a bearish flag is forming in this uptrend, which could indicate a potential pullback before the USD/CHF continues its upward momentum.
If the pair falls below its 50-day Simple Moving Average (SMA) at 0.8071, it may lead to a retracement to 0.8042 or even lower to 0.8000.
On the other hand, if the USD/CHF surpasses the top trendline of the bearish flag, it could clear the way for prices to reach 0.8200 and eventually challenge the yearly peak at 0.8205.
