Uzbekistan Adjusts Foreign Currency Exchange Rates for October 6

The Central Bank of Uzbekistan has released the official exchange rates for foreign currencies as of October 6, 2026. The US dollar saw a slight increase, rising by 5.50 soums to reach 11,778.45 soums.

In contrast, the euro experienced a decline, dropping by 25.62 soums to 13,198.93 soums. The Russian ruble also fell, decreasing by 2.79 soums to 138.35 soums.

The pound sterling, however, gained value, rising by 31.99 soums to 15,580.53 soums. The Japanese yen saw a minor decrease of 0.21 soums, settling at 74.45 soums.

The Swiss franc dropped significantly by 68.78 soums to 14,172.12 soums. Meanwhile, the Chinese yuan appreciated, increasing by 0.82 soums to 1,756.77 soums.
