Virgin Australia Sells International Flights from $429 in One-Week Sale

Virgin Australia has launched a one-week sale on international flights to various destinations. The sale includes return fares from $429 to Bali, Vanuatu, Fiji, and Queenstown.

The lead fare is $429 for an Economy Lite airfare between the Gold Coast and Bali (Denpasar), with Melbourne to Denpasar matching it at $429 return. Other city pairs to Denpasar include Canberra from $459, Sydney from $499, and Brisbane from $519.

Beyond Bali, the sale spans New Zealand and the Pacific: Melbourne to Queenstown from $445 return, Brisbane to Port Vila (Vanuatu) from $459, and Sydney and Melbourne to Nadi (Fiji) from $599. The international sale runs until August 7th.

Virgin Australia's Holidays by Hopper is also offering packages that bundle return Economy Lite flights with four nights' accommodation, starting at $649 per person based on two travellers. These packages are available for Melbourne or Gold Coast to Bali from $649 per person, with Canberra to Bali from $679, Sydney to Bali from $719, and Brisbane to Bali from $745.

Virgin Australia executive Libby Minogue says that there has never been a better time for Australians to lock in an overseas holiday. She emphasizes the variety of destinations available and encourages people to book early while sale fares last.
