$10 Billion Coca-Cola Investment to Fuel US Production and Distribution
Coca-Cola is planning to invest $10 billion in its U.S. production and distribution network over the next five years, from 2026 to 2030. The investment aims to meet sustained market demand and includes new construction and expansion of manufacturing and bottling plants across the United States.
The company's President and Chief Financial Officer, John Murphy, explained that this is a 'full-system' figure, with the majority of the capital coming from its bottling partners. He emphasized that 98 cents of every dollar of beverage sales in the Coca-Cola system stays within the U.S. economy.
The investment program includes both entirely new projects and previously announced expansion initiatives in eight states: California, Colorado, Indiana, Alabama, Michigan, Minnesota, Florida, and New York. Specific upgrade sites include a bottling and distribution facility in Rancho Cucamonga, California; a bottling plant in Colorado Springs; a manufacturing facility in Indianapolis; the Coca-Cola United campus in Birmingham, Alabama; a Fairlife facility in Coopersville, Michigan; and a distribution center in Orlando.
