$1bn Coca-Cola HBC Investment Targets Nigeria's Manufacturing Capacity

Nigerian Bottling Company (NBC) Ltd marked its 75th year of operations in Nigeria, and the Coca-Cola system has reaffirmed its commitment to invest up to $1 billion over five years.

The investment is aimed at increasing manufacturing capacity, strengthening local supply chains, and creating jobs for Nigerian youth.

Coca-Cola HBC's CEO, Zoran Bogdanovic, said they have already begun advancing the commitment by investing in new production lines at NBC's Asejire plant in Oyo State and Challawa plant in Kano State.
