Seamus Ruiz-Earle is an American entrepreneur and investor who made headlines for building and selling his consulting firm, Carabiner Group, to SBI in a high seven-figure transaction. The 24-year-old founder started Carabiner Group from his childhood bedroom during the COVID-19 pandemic, bootstrapping the business without any outside capital.
Ruiz-Earle's early success was not limited to his consulting firm. At 18, he became the youngest known Trailhead Ranger and Trailblazer in Salesforce history, a four-time Ranger that usually takes working professionals years to achieve. He also spoke at TEDx Boston College and was featured on Salesforce's own podcast.
Carabiner Group pioneered the RevOps-as-a-Service model, which addresses a market condition where companies need revenue operations expertise but are unwilling to commit full-time headcount.
