$3.1M in Capped Buffered Equity Notes Linked to Invesco QQQ TrustSM

JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC has issued $3,144,000 in Capped Buffered Equity Notes Linked to the Invesco QQQ TrustSM, Series 1. These notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The notes offer a return of 1.00 times any appreciation of the Invesco QQQ TrustSM, Series 1 up to a maximum return of 51.55%. However, investors should be aware that they may lose up to 90% of their principal amount at maturity.

The pricing supplement warns that investing in these notes involves a number of risks and that neither the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) nor any state securities commission has approved or disapproved of the notes.
