41 US-Listed Stocks Gain Four-Star Rating as Undervaluation Increases
Every Monday morning, Morningstar releases its insights on company news and stock market trends. This week, they've identified 41 US-listed stocks that have become undervalued, with a new rating of four stars.
The list includes five large-cap companies: Bank of America (BAC), Wells Fargo (WFC), American Express (AXP), Verizon Communications (VZ), and NextEra Energy (NEE). These stocks have dropped in value over the past week, but Morningstar's analysts believe they are now undervalued.
The Morningstar Rating assesses a stock's price, fair value estimate, and uncertainty rating to determine its overall value. Stocks with a four- or five-star rating are considered undervalued, while those rated three stars are fairly valued and one- or two-star ratings indicate overvaluation.
