50 Best Hotels Unveils Extended List, Showcasing Global Hospitality Excellence
The World's 50 Best Hotels 2026 has announced its extended list of hotels ranked from No.51 to No.100, showcasing a broader spectrum of outstanding hospitality experiences.
The list spans 23 different territories and 40 cities, including 10 independent hotels, with Asia topping the rankings at 20 hotels.
Japan leads the Asian contingent with seven properties, including Park Hyatt Tokyo (No.53), Hotel The Mitsui (No.79) in Kyoto, and Waldorf Astoria Osaka (No.89).
La Réserve Paris tops the list at No.51, while 16 properties in Europe have been ranked, with France home to three other properties.
New York dominates North America's rankings, with three hotels, including The Fifth Avenue Hotel (No.78), which won this year's American Express Travel One To Watch Award.
