$60 Million Loan Secured for Watchung Square Retail Center

G.S. Wilcox & Co., a commercial real estate firm, has arranged a $60 million loan for Watchung Square, a sprawling retail center in Watchung, New Jersey.

The property features three buildings with a combined 560,000 square feet and houses several well-known retailers including Stop & Shop, Walmart, TJ Maxx, Michaels, Ross Dress for Less, Staples, and PetSmart. Outparcels are occupied by Home Depot and Target.

G.S. Wilcox founder and President Gretchen Wilcox, Partner Bridget Wilcox, and Principal Al Raymond sourced the loan through a correspondent life insurance company.
