$80 Million Settlement Reached in Honeywell/Solstice Lawsuit
A settlement has been reached in the lawsuit against Honeywell/Solstice, announced by Kruger & Abell Law Firm on September 29. The agreement is worth $80 million and includes the City of Metropolis, the County of Massac, and class representatives. This comes after nearly 100 months since the first filing.
The terms of the settlement are general, but details have not been disclosed. Honeywell/Solstice, along with the Department of Energy, will pay the agreed amount to resolve the lawsuit.
