New Berkshire Hathaway CEO Greg Abel has made his mark on the company's investment portfolio by selling 15 positions initiated by legendary investor Warren Buffett in just his first quarter as CEO.

The moves include some of Berkshire's biggest winners, such as Visa and Mastercard, as well as its stake in Amazon. However, it also includes recent bets that haven't paid off for the company, like Pool Corp., Diageo, and Domino's Pizza.

Abel's selling spree sends a clear message that he won't hesitate to divest positions if they don't meet his expectations. He has continued to increase Berkshire's cash position from $373.3 billion at the start of the quarter to $397.4 billion by the end.
