Aldar Properties, Abu Dhabi's largest real estate developer, has partnered with Globant to deploy AI-powered agents that provide an always-on service operation. The initiative uses Salesforce Agentforce and Data 360Cloud to give homeowners a conversational interface for accessing property information, raising service requests, and tracking construction progress.

The Construction Progress Agent translates technical construction data into plain-language updates, while the Post-Sale Service Dispatcher gives homeowners an interface to raise maintenance and Defect Liability Period-related service requests. These agents operate autonomously, anticipating follow-on service needs before a homeowner raises them.

Aldar Properties faced challenges with years of customer interactions, service histories, and property records sitting siloed and unable to power real-time decisions. Globant's solution rewired this model by activating dormant intelligence through Salesforce Data 360, creating a unified customer layer the agents query autonomously.
