Accel and Google Back Startup Aiming to Automate Enterprise Software Maintenance
A startup called Dodge AI Inc. has secured $2.65 million in seed funding from investors Accel and Google's AI Futures Fund, along with Schema Ventures, New Build Ventures, Antler, and SAP SE ecosystem angel investors.
The company aims to automate enterprise software maintenance by using artificial intelligence agents. According to the startup, this approach can help large organizations avoid hiring external consultants to maintain their corporate software platforms, such as SAP and Salesforce.
Dodge AI's control plane is designed to be overlaid across various systems, allowing its AI agents to analyze deployments, identify customizations, and recommend fixes. The company claims its solution can automate maintenance tasks faster than human teams and document all changes, exceptions, and custom logic implemented.
Rebhav Bharadwaj, co-founder and CEO of Dodge AI, said that the startup's approach gives enterprises the ability to continuously improve and heal their mission-critical systems. He believes this is a more efficient way of doing things compared to relying on human consultants.
