ACL Fest Kicks Off With Star-Studded Lineup
The Austin City Limits Music Festival is finally here! The first weekend of the festival kicked off on Friday at noon at Zilker Park, but attendees are advised to monitor festival social media feeds in case of weather delays.
The festival features a diverse lineup of artists, including local favorites and international headliners. On Friday, Amyl and the Sniffers performed on the American Express stage at 4:30 p.m., bringing their signature punk energy to the crowd.
Other notable performances on Friday included Turnstile's high-energy set, which featured a stage dive by lead singer Brendan Yates, and Labrinth's haunting vocals, which led the audience down 'dark pathways'.
Saturday's lineup was just as impressive, with Suki Waterhouse delivering a soulful performance on the T-Mobile stage. The English singer-songwriter charmed audiences with her rose-colored wonderland of pop love songs.
