Adobe Brings Creative Tools to Google Gemini and Claude
Adobe has expanded its creative tool access to AI chatbots, integrating its tools with Google Gemini and adding Acrobat capabilities to Claude. The company aims to bring its expertise in creative tools to productivity platforms, making it easier for users to work on tasks without leaving the conversation.
The integration with Claude now includes popular Acrobat tools for working with PDFs, such as deleting, combining or splitting pages, redacting sensitive information, and converting or exporting PDFs to other file formats. Users can also edit and analyze PDFs directly within the interactive editor, which allows for hands-on control over individual elements of the design.
The expansion to Google Gemini means users can now access tools from Photoshop, Lightroom, Adobe Express, and Firefly without leaving the conversation. This includes features like enhancing photos, creating marketing assets, and customizing designs using Adobe's tools. To get started, users need to navigate to Personal Intelligence, select Adobe under Connected Apps, and sign in with their Adobe account or create one for free.
Adobe emphasizes that users only need to describe what they want, and the company will 'orchestrate the right tools and steps to get you there.' This includes creating consistent, polished product photos, turning one design into content for social channels, and customizing professionally designed templates for marketing needs.
