Agentforce Marketing Framework Helps Teams Achieve Measurable Results
April 2026 saw the introduction of Agentforce Marketing by Salesforce, a practical framework for marketing teams to accomplish more in a day. At Dreamforce 2026, Pato Sapir and Jacob Hayes discussed the roundtable on Agentforce Marketing: Frameworks, Pitfalls, and Insights.
The focus was on turning Agentforce Marketing into use cases that produce measurable results. This means identifying the right opportunities, understanding data and processes behind them, defining ownership, and connecting every implementation to a clear business outcome.
Agentforce Marketing uses a simple framework: Data > Audience > Action > Goal. This structure helps teams break down complex tasks into manageable steps. A lapsed loyalty member can be run through this framework, for example:
Data: Loyalty transactions, benefit balances, and engagement history in Data Cloud.
Audience: Members with unused benefits expiring within 60 days who have not engaged in 90.
Action: An agent builds the segment, generates messaging variants by benefit type, and launches the outreach.
Goal: Benefit redemption rate, measured against a holdout group.
