Disney Hosts Event Celebrating Online Content Creators with Dude Perfect and More
The entertainment industry has undergone significant changes in recent years, shifting from traditional TV and film to online creators. Disney is embracing this new wave by hosting a new event called Jon Youshaei's Created in L.A., which will take place on September 17 and 18 at the El Capitan Theater and The Walt Disney Studios Lot.
The event, created by Jon Youshaei, who has experience working with YouTube and Instagram, will feature a range of speakers and sessions. On September 17, Walt Disney Company President and CCO Dana Walden will give remarks at the El Capitan Theater, while Disney CEO Josh D'Araro will speak on September 18.
New sessions have been added to the event lineup, including talks from notable online content creators such as Dude Perfect, The Try Guys, Adrian Per, Asad Ayaz, and Dhar Mann. These creators already have strong relationships with Disney, with Dude Perfect going viral last year for visiting all 12 Disney Parks in record time, and Dhar Mann signing a development deal with the company.
