AI Center Drives Customer Engagement for Salesforce UKI
Paul O'Sullivan, Salesforce UKI's Chief Technology Officer, discussed the success of the company's AI Center in London. The center has seen nearly 900 customers since its opening and over 15,000 total. It offers various programs, including education days, hackathons, and workshops to help customers understand and utilize AI.
O'Sullivan emphasized the importance of bringing young people into the world of AI and highlighted the immersive experiences available at the center. These include F1 simulators and a golf caddie challenge that demonstrate human-AI interaction.
The center's success is closely tied to Salesforce's new initiative, AIforce, which combines probabilistic intelligence with deterministic output. O'Sullivan noted that this shift requires customers to understand the difference between these concepts and how they can work together.
