After a challenging October, three major AI chip stocks, Nvidia (NASDAQ: NVDA), Broadcom (NASDAQ: AVGO), and Micron (NASDAQ: MU), are poised for a rebound in November. The sell-off saw Nvidia drop over 10%, Broadcom fall 5%, and Micron decline around 20%. Despite these losses, analysts predict strong growth in 2027, making these stocks attractive for investors.

Nvidia and Broadcom are expecting significant growth next year. Nvidia anticipates a 70% growth rate, driven by a projected $1.3 trillion spending by the top five AI hyperscalers in 2027, up from nearly $800 billion this year. Broadcom, which designs custom computing units, expects to double its AI semiconductor revenue in 2027. Micron, a key player in memory chips, also sees strong demand, with management predicting even tighter supply conditions in 2027 and 2028.

All three stocks are trading at attractive valuations relative to their expected earnings. Broadcom trades at 17 times fiscal 2027 earnings, Micron at less than 5 times forward earnings, and Nvidia at 13 times next year's earnings. These valuations are significantly lower than the S&P 500's forward earnings multiple of about 19 times, suggesting potential upside as the market recognizes their growth prospects.

The article also notes that while Nvidia is a strong performer, it wasn't included in The Motley Fool Stock Advisor's top 10 list, which has historically identified high-growth stocks. The author, Keithen Drury, holds positions in all three companies, and The Motley Fool has positions in and recommends them.
