AI Market Volatility Hits 'Healthy' Levels: JPMorgan
JPMorgan's Sitara Sundar is warning investors to diversify their bets on artificial intelligence due to the 'healthy' volatility caused by two cycles occurring at once.
The finance-and-infrastructure cycle is now in its 'mid-innings' stage, according to Sundar. At this point, hyperscalers are moving towards capital markets issuance rather than relying solely on their own cash flow.
In addition to this shift, AI's integration into the economy is still in the early stages, with productivity gains just beginning to reach businesses, Sundar said.
