Innovation City has launched an AI-powered registration platform in partnership with Salesforce. The new system uses Salesforce's Agentforce to streamline and enhance business registration services, making it faster and more efficient for companies to register and operate within the free zone.

The AI-powered platform combines intelligent automation with governance and oversight, allowing businesses to complete registration processes in minutes rather than days or weeks. This is made possible by autonomous digital labour provided by Salesforce's Agentforce, which can execute tasks and workflows without human intervention.

According to Paul Dawalibi, CEO of Innovation City, the new platform represents a fundamental transformation of the company formation experience. 'We are not just digitising bureaucracy, we are fundamentally transforming the company formation experience,' he said.
