Air Force Seals Deal for 250 Million Dollar Boeing 737 Max 8 Fleet Expansion

The U.S. Department of War has given the green light to begin purchasing Boeing 737 Max 8 aircraft for the U.S. Air Force.

A $250 million contract is expected to be signed within the coming weeks, allowing the procurement process to start.

The new planes are intended to expand the transport and logistics capacity of units operating the Boeing C-40B and C-40C Clipper aircraft.

These military variants of the 737-700 are currently used to transport federal officials and personnel.
