Friendly Avia Support acted as the transaction arranger and exclusive advisor to the seller.

The acquisition marks another step in Air Peace's efforts to grow its operational capacity and enhance its service offerings. The 737NG models are known for their efficiency and reliability, making them a strategic fit for the carrier's expanding network.

The addition of these aircraft underscores Air Peace's commitment to modernizing its fleet. The airline has been actively seeking opportunities to strengthen its position in the competitive Nigerian aviation market.
