Ajay Patil Joins Kirloskar Ferrous as Joint Managing Director

Kirloskar Ferrous Industries has strengthened its leadership team by appointing Ajay Patil as Joint Managing Director. The appointment is for a three-year term, from September 21, 2026 to September 20, 2029.

Patil brings 36 years of experience in business strategy, profitable growth, corporate governance, capital allocation, enterprise transformation, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and risk management. He has held senior regional and global leadership roles at Cummins, Honeywell, and Eaton, with responsibilities spanning Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, the Americas, and global operations.

Prior to this appointment, Patil served as Global Chief Financial Officer at RSB Transmission India, a Bain Capital portfolio company. He has also been associated with the School of Sustainability at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras.
