Akasa Eyes Huge Order of Over 200 Boeing Jets
Akasa Air is in talks to order over 200 Boeing Co. 737 Max jets as the Indian airline looks to expand its share of the travel market.
The discussions with Boeing come after Akasa already has unfilled orders for 183 Boeing 737 Max planes, which will keep its fleet growing beyond 2032.
Akasa started operating in 2022 and is seeking to lock in aircraft deliveries into the next decade by making this new purchase.
