Albyn Welcomes Tech Expertise with New Board Appointments

Albyn Housing Society has welcomed two new board members, Robin Jackson and Maggie Morrison. Their appointments were approved at the organization's Annual General Meeting on September 22, 2026. The pair brings significant expertise in governance, business leadership, economic consultancy, technology, innovation, and organizational change.

Jackson has a 25-year career spanning management and economic consultancy across both public and private sectors. He also possesses previous governance experience and is eager to apply his knowledge to support excellent services and outcomes for Albyn's customers.

Morrison has over four decades of experience in the technology industry, including senior leadership roles with global organizations such as Cisco Systems, Hewlett-Packard, CGI, and NTT Data. She also serves as an adviser to the Scottish GovTech Cluster and the Scottish Business Network, as well as a board member of ScotlandIS.

The appointments complement the existing strengths on the Albyn Board, with Morrison's expertise in technology and innovation expected to drive future direction. The new additions join Clea Warner, who was appointed chair of the board, and Lesley McInnes, who becomes vice-chair.
