AlixPartners Bolsters Australian Presence with Key Appointment
AlixPartners has strengthened its Australian presence by appointing David Ellis as Partner and Performance practice managing director.
Ellis, who joins from IBM Consulting Australia and New Zealand, will play a central role in supporting the firm's growth in the local market. With over 25 years of experience in technology and consulting positions, he brings a strong combination of transformation, turnaround, and hands-on leadership expertise to AlixPartners.
Ellis has held various leadership roles across several companies, including Bain & Company, Accenture, Telecom New Zealand, Cable & Wireless, Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, and Morgan Stanley. He spent two years at IBM Consulting before joining AlixPartners.
AlixPartners' Australian country leader, Peter Saville, stated that Ellis's appointment is part of the firm's growth plans in Australia. The company has made significant progress in building a team focused on helping clients address their critical challenges since launching in Australia earlier this year.
