Faruqi & Faruqi LLP is investigating potential claims against Alphabet Inc. (NASDAQ: GOOGL) for alleged securities law violations.

The law firm, based in New York, Pennsylvania, California, and Georgia, has been representing investors in securities litigation since 1995.

A lawsuit has been filed against Alphabet alleging that the company and its executives made false or misleading statements about the performance of the Gemini 3.5 Pro model and its launch date.

The complaint also alleges that the delay in the launch of Gemini 3.5 Pro was due to disappointing training results, which were not disclosed by the company until July 16, 2026, when Bloomberg reported on the issue.

As a result, Alphabet's Class A common stock price fell $16.46 per share, or 4.4%, on that day.
