Pedro Solis, a 54-year-old man from Alvin, Texas, was arrested on August 7, 2026, and charged with online solicitation of a minor. According to Harris County Precinct One Constable Alan Rosen, the investigation began in August 2025 after Solis allegedly bragged about exposing himself to Amazon drivers and neighbors.

Deputies say that Solis sent sexually explicit messages to an undercover detective posing as a 15-year-old girl. He claimed to be waiting for an Amazon driver while naked in his driveway, sending a photo of himself from the waist down to the detective. Over several months, Solis mentioned Amazon deliveries multiple times in explicit conversations.

Solis planned to meet with the detective who was posing as a high school student while on summer vacation. He also mentioned waiting for an Amazon driver on the morning of his arrest. Pearland Police assisted Harris County Precinct One with the arrest.
