Amazon has launched a new feature called Shop the Scene for Prime Video subscribers that allows users to buy products featured in their favorite shows. The feature uses AI to match what actors are wearing on screen with similar items available on Amazon, making it easy for viewers to shop from their phone without leaving the streaming experience.

The Shop the Scene feature is now available on more than 600 Prime Video titles and can be accessed through the Amazon Shopping app. This expansion builds on the existing Shop the Show experience, which allows users to browse products related to shows on Prime, such as bobbleheads or LEGO sets.

According to Amazon, its ad-supported Prime Video tier now reaches more than 315 million people worldwide, a significant increase from the 200 million users disclosed in 2024. The company's latest move aims to capitalize on the growing popularity of streaming services and make real life more like TV by letting viewers immediately buy what their favorite actors are wearing or using.
