Amazon Business has expanded its reconciliation report to help finance teams and account administrators match purchases with charges and consolidate accounting data. The enhanced report now includes 41 additional fields, bringing the total number of columns from 34 to 75.

The new report allows customers to reconcile invoice and credit card purchases in one place and download the information as a CSV file. This feature is designed to reduce the need for manual data assembly from separate reports.

The expanded report covers product and shipment details, itemized pricing, taxes, fees, invoice status, returns, and refunds. It also includes seller information and purchasing savings. The Charge Identifier field now appears by default to help users connect charges with purchases.

Organizations can incorporate general ledger codes, cost centers, departments, project codes, and locations, plus up to 13 custom fields. Administrators can select and arrange columns, name their reports, and save them for future use.
